To unsubscribe - Send an email to parents-unsubscribe@ryebrooksoccer.org from the email address that you want to drop.     Preliminary Registration   Names of registered players can be seen here.     Final Registration         Deadline for final registration is: June 1st for players that DO NOT require a try out or rating session.  June 22nd for players requiring try out or rating session is extended to June 22nd.  Important !!  If you have not completed final registration by the deadline, your child will not be guaranteed his/her spot on a team.   Complete the following steps in order to finalize registration Click here for the online portion of final registration.  Payment will only be accepted online by credit card. Click here to print out Medical Release Form.  Complete the form including insurance information. This does NOT need to be notarized. Provide a copy of either your birth certificate or passport.  Note: Only required for players new to the WYSL. Provide a photo 1" x 1" of the player with the words Rye Brook and the player's name and team name on the back.  If you do NOT know the team name omit it. (Example Rye Brook Panthers - John Doe) Note: Only for new players & players entering the 6th or 9th grade.
