Tournament Information

General Information Games will be played rain or shine. In case of severe weather conditions where a day’s session must be cancelled a $200 refund will be given to all teams. Valid player passes along with any necessary Guest Player and Permission to Travel forms must be presented on the day of the tournament, prior to your first game. AYSO teams must present a signed roster prior to your first game. Each team is limited to three guest players
Games
Every team will play four 25-minute games.
The directions to the tournament site, tournament rules and a schedule of game times will be posted to our website. Just click on Tournament on the menu selection.
Awards
1st and 2nd place teams in each group will receive trophies.
All teams in the U9 and U10 age groups will receive participation trophies.
Application
The tournament application will be done on-line at our tournament registration site.
Each team must complete their application process and send their entry fee of $335.
Failure to receive the fee within 10 days of the confirmation of application may result in the team losing their event space.
Confirmation of your acceptance will be e-mailed to you. Note: Only $100 can be refunded if a team cancels after acceptance has been e-mailed.
Registration
To be accepted for the tournament, you must register on-line.
The teams roster must be completed on line by 3/27/08.
